"First Bloom"
“First Bloom” is a symbolic representation of overcoming the dark winters of life. Snowdrop flowers are known for being some of the very first blooms each year, often bursting through layers of snow in early February. As you consider this painting, please take a few moments to think about people in your life who have overcome, who has helped you overcome, and how you have made it through dark times in your life. Maybe you are weathering such a season now. I hope that you find peace knowing that even troubles that last a lifetime are penetrated with blooms.
